The camera I have working successfully with Zoneminder is running the following firmware:
- V5.0.0 130412
- Sream Type: Main Stream (Normal)
- Video Type: Video Stream
- Resulotion: 1280*960
- Bitrate Type: Variable
- Video Quality: Highest
- Frame Rate: 30
- Max Bitrate 2048
- Video Encoding: H.264
- I Fram Interval: 25
Using the DS-2CD2012-I with Zoneminder :
Videostream:
Default settings, with the exception of:
- Maximum FPS: 40
- Source Type : Ffmpeg
Source:
- Source Path : rtsp://<username>:<password>@<ip_address>:<port>/Streaming/Channels/1?tcp
- Target Colorspace : 24 bit colour
- Capture Width (pixels) : 1280
- Capture Height (pixels) : 960
