Tested on Ubuntu server 14.04 64bit with ZoneMinder v1.26.5 and after upgrade also worked on v1.28.1
Source Type: Remote Remote Control: HTTP Remote Method: Simple Remote Host Name: <Camera-IP> Remote Host: 81 (default port) Remote Host Path: videostream.cgi?user=admin&pwd=888888 Capture Width: 640 Capture Height: 480
Camera settings can be viewed/ changed > go http://<Camera-IP>:81 Enter user name and password
I didn't try controls as it meant to be controlled by operator (he's using camera web interface in my case)
