Probably a Foscam 'clone' This is how I set one up in ZoneMinder v1.25 (Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS)

   Name: IPCAM 
   Source Type: Ffmpeg 
   Function: Modect 
   Enabled: Tick 
   Maximum FPS: Empty 
   Alarm Maximum FPS: Empty

Source

   Source Path: rtsp://username:password@ip.ad.re.ss/11  (use username/password you set, and IP of wifi camera)
   Source Colours: 24 bit colour 
   Capture Width: 704
   Capture Height: 576
