How to view the latest frame of a camera

ZM has a number of command line tools which do various swiss army like tasks for zm. Try typing zm, then hitting 'tab' for autocomplete in bash, to get a list of them. One of them, zmu, can give you a screenshot of a monitor. Such as:
zmu -v -m ## -i -U username -P password.
