As of late 2016 using the standard FreeBSD ports system you should be able to install [[ https://www.freebsd.org/cgi/ports.cgi?query=zoneminder&stype=all |ZoneMinder v1.30.x. ]]

Download the port at : http://matrix.gatewaynet.com/panix/zoneminder.tar.gz
