Ubuntu Server 17.04 with Zoneminder 1.30.2

01MAY17 Note: While the procedure to install Zoneminder 1.30.2 directly (https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Ubuntu_Server_16.04_64-bit_with_Zoneminder_1.30.2_the_easy_way) does install Zoneminder, the API feature does not work. Installing Zoneminder 1.30.0 first, (https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Ubuntu_Server_16.10_64-bit_with_Zoneminder_1.30.0_the_easy_way), then upgrading to 1.30.2, (https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Common_Issues_with_Zoneminder_Installation_on_Ubuntu#Ubuntu_16.10_-_ZM_1.30.0_Upgrade_to_1.30.x) does get the API to work.

Use the instructions for Ubuntu 16.04 with Zoneminder 1.30.2
