Enable RTSP via Wyze app.

Use RTSP path provided by app in this format: 

rtsp://[user]:[password]@[IP]/live

Regardless of app settings, capture settings are 1920x1080 at 32 bit colour. Do not use maximum FPS.

FFMPEG results in significant artifacts; use of LibVLC is recommended instead.
