BQ-TECH model BQ-ND924RVHH (friendly name is "CCTV 3.0MP IP Camera") works at 1920x1080 25fps or lower. Note that the camera is *not* POE despite the description on Amazon. I suspect the transcriber didn't know the difference between PPPoE (which is supported) and 802.4at. The camera supports three stream profiles which be accessed via RTP/RTSP at ipaddress/live/ch00_0(1,2).
